Before launching her advisory practice, Jeska worked across high-performance environments spanning international business, advertising, and healthcare technology. She led multi-million-dollar transactions across the Caribbean and South America, worked inside a fast-paced advertising agency environment, and supported enterprise system implementation within a global healthcare technology firm. Across every role, she developed a consistent strength: translating complexity into clarity.

HOW THE TRAINING WAS BORN
I come from high-performance environments—fast-paced industries, international business, and roles where results were non-negotiable. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
But inside, my system was under siege. I woke up every day with a racing heart and shallow breath, locked in a state I couldn’t override. Eventually, I turned to anxiety medication just to function— until one morning, standing in front of the mirror with a pill in my hand, I realized: I didn’t want to spend my life surviving it.
That moment launched a decade-long inquiry into a single question:
“What if the model we’re using to drive performance is quietly working against us?”
I founded Performance Rewired Global to answer that question—not just for myself, but for other high-performers who look steady on the outside but feel the cost of overextension behind the scenes. The ones carrying too much, moving too fast, and quietly wondering if there’s another way.
Today, I partner with executives and leadership teams to rewire their performance— from pressure to precision, from overdrive to aligned impact.
Because real performance isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building a system that actually works.
